This will take you to the template setup panel where you can activate the Callout section. Go to step #3 in Activate Callout Section from Templates Panel.
The Callout section is now activated on your page. Return to the page to create the content for the callout section.

needed? can set globally on blog pages? and set on individual posts?
To create multiple Callout Sections in the Header, Morefoot, Page Templates or Content Area, clone the section in the Template Setup panel and then drag & drop to activate the clones.

You can activate the Callout Section (or any section) in multiple areas at the same time.
Drag & Drop the Callout section into each area to activate it.
A Clone will automatically be created. (maybe? bug when auto created? same text in both?)
In header & morefoot, not auto-created... ???
